Gathering Teams to participate in the 14th Annual
Valley Adult Day Services Rock-A-Thon
Place: Valley Adult Day Services, 227 E. Oak Ave., Porterville
Date: February 23rd – February 24th
Time: 6 p.m. to 12 noon
The Rock-a-thon is a fundraising event to support the people in our community who have Alzheimer’s disease or other related forms of dementia, and the families that take care of them.
Each Team’s Challenge is to be this year’s “Most Money Raised,” team winner.
- One Sponsor who supports your team with a $125.00 donation
- Team members of at least 5 individuals. Note, there can be as many members as you would like.
- Each member is responsible to raise at least $35.00 each. Encourage members to raise more.
- One rocking chair
- One mascot (for when there is no one to rock.)
*Please note that the minimum requirement to have a team is a sponsor of $125.00 and 5 members that raise $35.00 each. This makes a total of $300.00 for a minimum team total. We encourage you to raise more than what is required.
Team Member Registration fees are due by February 21st.
